Purchase and planting of 30,000 seedlings over 20 hectares Collection of field data 3,000 mature mangrove trees for conservation 7,000 seedlings for restoration Collection of drone imagery Three times over the course of the project for conservation Three time over the course of the project for restoration Identify three other partner organization implementing mangrove restoration or conservation programs to implement digital monitoring strategies Conduct stakeholder engagement activities (with government and community partners) and coordinate arrangements for events Co-facilitate: (a) an onsite community training, and (b) an online training workshop with Oceanus Conservation.
